Interim policy · Updated July 2026
Your account — email, name, and optionally a phone number, via our sign-in provider.
What you add — takes, lists, messages, and chats with the Munn agent. Your takes are shared only according to the visibility you choose.
What you import — files or chat exports you upload may mention other people and places. We extract place takes from them. Contact identifiers used for friend-matching are one-way hashed, never stored in plain form.
Usage analytics — product events (e.g. “a search was performed”) tied to your account. We do not record the text of your searches, messages, or reviews in analytics, and we do not use your precise location in analytics.
We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't share your takes beyond the visibility you set.
Supabase (sign-in & database), Railway and Vercel (hosting), Upstash (caching), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing of your chats, imports, and search), Mapbox and Foursquare (place data), PostHog (product analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), Resend (email).
The open datasets behind our place data are credited on the Attributions page.
You can delete your account from Settings. For a copy of your data or a full deletion request, email privacy@askmunn.com.
